At T&R Beauty Supply Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return or exchange:
- Wigs that have not been worn, cut, colored, or altered in any way
- Hair extensions in their original, unopened packaging
- Hair accessories in unused condition with original tags attached
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that differ significantly from the product description
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or customized
- Hair extensions that have been removed from their packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
4. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Not show signs of wear, styling, or alteration
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at shop@tandrbeautysupplystore.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
7. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate the item you'd like in exchange
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- If the exchange item has a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- You may choose a replacement or full refund
9. In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store can be returned to our location at 3481 Jordan Manors Dr, New Hill, NC 27562 during business hours. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
